The North Country Event - Vendor Booth Registration

The North Country Event (NCE) is a community-driven overland and outdoor gathering held in Southwest Washington, built around shared experience, time outside, and genuine connection.

Vendor booth registration provides an opportunity for select brands, builders, and service providers to connect directly with attendees in a relaxed, outdoor setting. This is not a high-volume trade show — vendor spaces are intentionally limited to ensure meaningful interaction and a positive experience for both vendors and guests.

• One vendor booth space at the North Country Event

• Direct access to event attendees throughout the weekend

• Opportunity to display products, vehicles, or brand materials

• Inclusion in event promotion and social media highlights 

Event Details

• Dates: May 29–31, 2026

• Location: Southwest Washington (exact location provided after registration)

• Expected Attendance: ~100 attendees

• Vendor Capacity: Limited (approximately 5–10 vendors)

Booth Details

• Booth spaces are outdoors and vary by location

• Vendors should be prepared for uneven terrain and outdoor conditions

• Power is limited; please indicate needs during registration

• Vehicle access for load-in/load-out will be coordinated in advance

Vendor Fee

• $250 per vendor booth

• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, displays, products, and compliance with applicable laws

• All vendors must agree to the Event Liability Waiver and Vendor Terms
