SHIPPING & RETURNS

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Altered or washed garments are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be authorized by www.northcountry-outdoors.com. Claims must be made within 14 days from receipt. Please allow up to 10 to 20 business days for credits to be processed. Please allow up to 10 to 20 business days for exchanges or return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling.
Fabrication products will not be exchangeable or returned.  

 

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon reception, to declare any defect, or incorrect style, size, color, or quantity.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Currently shipping and handling for apparel will be via USPS priority mail. Larger products may be shipped via UPS. 

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is an option. Please contact us directly if you are located within 10 miles of Vancouver, WA.
Timeframe for pickup is 100% dependent on customer. 
Pickups can be arranged when North Country Outdoors at venues or event. Receipt confirmation is required. 
We are not responsible if a customer is unable to pickup orders.
