This is a 2" tow hitch flag pole mount. It inserts into the factory 2" tow connection, is fastened by a tow hitch pin (not included) and the flag pole, roughly 1" in diameter (not included), is secured using a 1/4" locking pin (included). 
The tow hitch flag pole is made of 1/8" steel and finished with a durable rust resistent coating.
